5 November 2011 - Rescue Athlete is on the move! RA set-up and executed an introductory performance clinic in the South East United States in November. Jason, our lead performance specialist put on a clinic in St Petersburg, Florida for 36 attendees from the south east region. In an incredible fashion, knowledge and application for basic performance was imparted in the surrounding beach and open water environments. Additionally, in a controlled water environment and with a safety staff on hand, introductory aquatics training was supplied at the local pool. As usual, RA staff provided a question and answer session for everyone involved. Topics from performance tips to special operations preparation were discussed.
