Our daily prescription of functional training exercises are a representation of what “we” do. We train hard, efficient and focused. RA's Training Staff has taken years of civil rescue and operational combat experience and combined it with the science of functional training. We drew from our real world experiences and translated it into a training program that is realistic and applicable for the most demanding situations. However, these exercises in whole or in part must be scaled based on your physical ability, not based on what "we" do, so train accordingly at your own risk.
